Forte Teknik A.Ş. designs and manufactures power quality systems at its facility in Menemen, İzmir. Every product — from a single thyristor module to a complete medium voltage STATCOM — is engineered, assembled, tested and commissioned by Forte's own team.
Our engineering team selects and integrates the most advanced power electronics technology available into complete Forte-branded systems. GRIDFIX, CSM100 and Alarm Vigil are Forte's own IP products — developed through a decade of in-field R&D in the most demanding industrial environments.
Every product family is designed, engineered and manufactured by Forte — covering reactive power, harmonic filtering, medium voltage compensation and energy storage.

From the first measurement to long-term after-sales support — Forte engineers every step of the project.
Before recommending any product, our engineers perform a free power quality measurement at your facility — identifying reactive demand, harmonic content and voltage profile.
Panels are designed, assembled and tested at Forte's own facility in İzmir. No sub-contracting of panel fabrication — full quality control from component selection to FAT.
GRIDFIX Compensation Panel, CSM100 Thyristor Module and Alarm Vigil are Forte's own IP — developed through years of field-driven R&D in Turkish steel and mining plants.
All Forte switchboard panels are designed to IEC 61439-2 Form 4B, with full documentation including test certificates, FAT records and single-line drawings delivered with every project.
Forte handles the complete project scope — from engineering and supply to civil works, installation and commissioning. One contract, one team, one point of accountability.
By eliminating reactive power penalties and reducing harmonic-driven equipment failures, Forte systems typically achieve full payback within 12 to 24 months of installation.
A structured four-step process from your first contact to a fully commissioned installation.
Forte engineers visit your site to measure reactive demand, harmonic spectrum and load profile — at no cost and no obligation.
Based on measurements, we design the optimal system — specifying technology tier, capacity, form factor and integration requirements.
Panels are assembled at Forte's İzmir facility and undergo full Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before shipment.
Forte's field team handles site installation, commissioning and final performance verification — including a post-installation measurement report.
Forte systems are operating in some of the most demanding industrial environments in Turkey and the region.
A continuous casting and rolling mill operating 14 transformers across two voltage levels. High reactive demand from arc furnaces and rolling drives was causing heavy utility penalty charges and voltage instability at the MV bus. Forte deployed custom-engineered GRIDFIX panels per transformer, each fitted with CSM100 thyristor modules for stepless reactive power tracking.
A large-scale rolling mill complex with three distinct voltage levels supplying melting, rolling and auxiliary loads across 14 transformers. Distorted current waveforms were causing overheating in transformer windings and nuisance tripping of sensitive drives. Forte carried out a full site power quality survey and designed bus-level GRIDFIX compensation matched to each transformer's load profile.
A clinker production facility operating large VFD-driven kiln and mill motors generating significant harmonic distortion across the 400V distribution network. Reactive power fluctuations were causing voltage sag events during motor starts. Forte engineered and supplied a GRIDVAR-C SVG panel solution providing continuous reactive power compensation and active harmonic filtering on the most critical busbars.
An electric arc furnace steel plant with highly non-linear and rapidly fluctuating loads generating severe harmonic content and reactive power swings on the 690V network. Standard IGBT-based SVG systems could not track the load dynamics fast enough. Forte specified the GRIDVAR-X SiC module — with its 4µs response and 25.6 kHz switching frequency — to achieve real-time harmonic cancellation across the 2nd–51st orders.
From steel mills to data centres — Forte systems operate reliably across the full spectrum of industrial and commercial environments.
Our engineers perform free on-site power quality measurement and analysis before recommending any system. No guesswork, no overselling — just the right solution for your load profile and budget.
