The GRIDVAR Series is Forte's active power quality product family — covering both SVG (Static Var Generator) and AHF (Active Harmonic Filter) functions across three distinct technology tiers. Each tier addresses different performance, size, and cost requirements.

Unlike passive systems, GRIDVAR modules respond in milliseconds to dynamic load changes, providing continuous reactive power compensation and harmonic filtering without the risk of over-compensation or resonance. A single GRIDVAR module can perform both SVG and AHF functions simultaneously.
