How we handle personal data on fortechnic.com

We process personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. We do not buy personal data and we do not build profiles from third-party sources.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run this site and respond to you:

Where a transfer leaves Türkiye or the EEA, it takes place on the basis permitted by KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards for the retention periods required by Turkish commercial and tax legislation. When a retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised. Consent-based cookie data is kept for the lifetime of the cookie stated in section 6, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.

We reply within 30 days at the latest, as required by KVKK Art. 13. So that we can respond safely, please include enough information to identify you and describe clearly what you are asking for.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu). Visitors in the EU may also complain to their local supervisory authority.

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site.
