PFC-7000T is Forte's next-generation reactive power compensation control relay — built on a high-performance STM32H7 ARM Cortex-M7 processor running FreeRTOS real-time operating system. With 18-step capacitor control, a 5" color capacitive TFT touchscreen (800×480), and dual communication (Modbus RTU + Modbus TCP), PFC-7000T delivers precise reactive power management for industrial facilities.

Full harmonic analysis from 2nd to 50th harmonic (512-point FFT at 25 kHz sampling) compliant with IEC 61000-4-7. Three display themes (Day/Night/Alarm) with 200ms data refresh rate.

Sequential, circular (FIFO), intelligent (closest ΔQ step selection), and combined detuned. Single-phase and three-phase configurations. Adjustable target cos φ from 0.30 to 1.00.

Dual Communication

Modbus RTU over RS-485 (up to 115200 baud) and Modbus TCP over Ethernet (Port 502). 1446+ Modbus registers covering all measurements, parameters and commands.

Comprehensive Protection

Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, over-temperature, THD alarm and supply monitoring. 20-record fault memory with timestamps, stored in NOR Flash for power-loss resilience.
