Dedicated active harmonic filter. Advanced IGBT, 3-Level topology. 220V to 690V support. 15 – 200 A per module (400V), 20 modules in parallel. Targeted harmonic elimination for industrial networks.
GRIDSINE-G is the dedicated active harmonic filter variant of the Standard Series — using the same proven IGBT 3-Level hardware platform with specialized AHF firmware for targeted harmonic elimination across 220V to 690V industrial systems.
With module capacities from 15A to 200A at 400V and filtering effectiveness of ≥98%, GRIDSINE-G reduces THDi to below 5% at the point of common coupling — meeting IEEE 519 and IEC 61000-3-4 requirements.
Covering the 2nd through 50th harmonic orders with individual harmonic priority selection, GRIDSINE-G targets the specific harmonic signatures produced by VFDs, UPS systems, rectifiers and other non-linear loads.

Dedicated harmonic filtering firmware on the same proven IGBT 3-Level hardware — optimized for targeted harmonic elimination.
Covers the full range of industrial harmonics. Individual harmonic order selection allows targeting specific frequencies.
Near-complete harmonic elimination at rated capacity. Reduces THDi to below 5% at PCC.
The widest voltage range in the GRIDSINE family. Native 690V support for heavy industrial plants.
High current capacity modules reduce the number of parallel units needed for large installations.
Active negative sequence compensation eliminates phase imbalance caused by single-phase non-linear loads.
Identical physical module to GRIDVAR-G SVG. The difference is in the control card and firmware — optimized for harmonic filtering.
Nine module capacities cover every industrial AHF requirement. Up to 20 modules in parallel for large-scale harmonic mitigation.
All modules: Advanced IGBT 3-Level · 25.6 kHz · RS485, CAN Bus, Modbus RTU, Mobile APP, 4.3" / 7" / 10" TFT LCD (optional) · IEC 61000 / IEEE 519
Targeted harmonic elimination for industrial and commercial environments with non-linear load profiles.
Variable frequency drives are the primary source of 5th, 7th, 11th and 13th harmonics. GRIDSINE-G targets these specific orders with individual priority selection.
UPS input stages and server power supplies inject harmonics that must be mitigated to meet strict grid code requirements at the PCC.
Medical imaging equipment, UPS systems and surgical lighting generate harmonics that can interfere with sensitive diagnostic instruments.
High-speed servo drives and DC motor controllers produce a broad harmonic spectrum that degrades power quality across the facility.
Welding robots, paint line rectifiers and conveyor VFDs each contribute distinct harmonic signatures that require targeted filtering.
Clean room equipment and precision process tools demand ultra-clean power. ≥98% filtering effectiveness ensures supply quality.
LED lighting, IT equipment and HVAC drives in modern buildings generate cumulative harmonics that increase neutral current and transformer heating.
Solar inverters and wind turbine converters inject harmonics at the point of common coupling. AHF ensures grid code compliance.
